  • How long does it take to receive my order?

After your order has been successfully placed and your item shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. You can track your items on your order pages or on the carrier’s official website. Or you can contact us directly for delivery information.

  • Shipping Fee, Tax, and Duties

Shipping Fee will be calculated on the Checkout page for your country.

The tax and customs fees are not include in our product price.

Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes for the location that you’re shipping to. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, please contact your local customs.

  • How do I return items?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees  are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

Before you place the order, please CONFIRM the HOOP LENGTH we listed is the same as your current hoop or fit your embroidery machine.

本キットに付属する M7272 フィクスチャーは、6.9″×6.9″（175×175mm）サイズ専用設計です。より大きい 17″×15.5″ フープなどでは安定性が低下するため推奨されません。フープステーション・枠張り台を安全かつ精密に使用するためには、付属サイズに適した刺繍枠をご利用ください。

刺繍作業時に生地のズレやシワを防ぐコツはありますか？

フープステーションで生地のズレを防ぐには、布を軽く張りながらマグネットフープで均一に固定することが重要です。刺繍枠固定台の調整レバーでテンションを微調整し、布地が浮かないよう確認してください。特に薄手素材では、安定した張りを得るために当て布を使用するとより効果的です。こうした工夫で刺繍品質を大きく向上できます。
