- How long does it take to receive my order?

This usually happens for two reasons. First, your MEXA embroidery machine design area setting might be larger than the actual 7.6″ × 2.7″ (195 × 70 mm) hoop field. Second, your embroidery design may exceed the safe stitching zone. Always select the correct or smaller hoop size in your software and perform a trace test with the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop before starting.
What can I do if the magnetic frame shifts slightly during high-stitch designs?
Frame shifting is rare because MaggieFrame offers strong magnetic holding power. If it occurs on your MEXA machine, first check that the brackets are fully tightened.
