- How long does it take to receive my order?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

Should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or floated outside while using MaggieFrame?
For most CHOICE embroidery projects, it’s best to sandwich the stabilizer with the fabric inside the magnetic frame for stable hooping and sharper embroidery results. However, the floating method—placing the stabilizer only under the frame—is suitable for bulky or delicate fabrics that are hard to clamp securely inside the hoop.
Why might fabric pucker in the center when embroidering with this magnetic hoop?
Puckering typically results from the wrong type or weight of stabilizer rather than hoop tension. To prevent this, ensure you choose a stabilizer appropriate for your fabric—for instance, a cut-away stabilizer for knits or stretchy materials. Also, avoid overstretching the fabric inside your MaggieFrame hoop during setup for smoother, more accurate stitching.
