- How long does it take to receive my order?

My needle hit the edge of the magnetic hoop during stitching. Why did this happen?
Needle strikes usually occur if the hoop size chosen in your machine’s software is larger than the actual 8.5″ × 9″ (215 × 230 mm) sewing field or if your design exceeds the available area. Always select the correct or smaller hoop size in your L-TEC embroidery machine settings and perform a trace test before embroidery to prevent contact with the hoop edges.
