- How long does it take to receive my order?

Like most third-party magnetic hoops, your HAFTEX machine will not automatically recognize the MaggieFrame 8.5″ × 9″ (215 × 230 mm) hoop. You need to manually set the hoop size in your embroidery software and confirm that your design fits within the hoop’s actual sewing area. This ensures accurate stitching and prevents design clipping during production.
