- How long does it take to receive my order?

FAQs
When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or floated outside of it?
For most embroidery with the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop on ZSM machines, it’s best to sandwich the stabilizer with the fabric between the two frame parts for maximum stability. However, floating the stabilizer underneath the bottom frame is useful for bulky or hard-to-hoop items like thick towels or bags, helping to maintain even tension without distortion.
Will my ZSM embroidery machine automatically recognize this frame’s size, or should I set it manually?
Like most third-party magnetic embroidery frames, this MaggieFrame magnetic hoop requires manual setup in your ZSM machine’s software. Simply add the hoop size—7.6″ × 2.7″ (195 × 70 mm)—and confirm your design fits within the actual stitching area before starting. Once set, it delivers consistent registration and smooth embroidery results.
Are there times when a traditional screw hoop might be better than a magnetic one?
While the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop is ideal for 95% of ZSM embroidery tasks, some users still prefer a standard screw hoop for extremely stiff fabrics or heavy materials such as thick boot tongues. The mechanical tension of a traditional hoop can help with rigid items, but magnetic hoops save time and reduce hoop burn on most garments.
