- How long does it take to receive my order?

Can I use this frame size to embroider small items like baby onesies or pet bandanas?
The 12″ × 11.5″ (305 × 295 mm) magnetic embroidery frame for Barudan QS is relatively large, making it better suited for medium to large designs such as sweatshirts or jacket backs. However, you can still embroider small items by floating them on stabilizer inside the hoop. Ensure the fabric is secured and centered for best stitching results.
Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
A needle strike usually happens when the hoop size set in your Barudan embroidery machine exceeds the actual sewing area of the MaggieFrame embroidery hoop, or when the design itself is too large. Always choose the correct or smaller hoop size and run a trace before stitching. This ensures your embroidery frame and needle path align perfectly to prevent damage.
The magnets on this frame are very strong. What safety precautions should I take when handling it?
When handling MaggieFrame magnetic hoops, keep your fingers away from the joining zone to avoid pinching. It’s best to slide the top frame sideways instead of pulling it straight up. Users with pacemakers or delicate electronics should maintain a safe distance, as the strong magnetic embroidery frame produces a powerful magnetic field.
