- How long does it take to receive my order?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

I feel like the magnetic frame is shifting slightly on the machine during high-stitch-count designs. How can I fix this?
Although shifting is rare due to its strong magnetic force, ensure your machine brackets on the HappyJapan HCD or HCR series are firmly tightened. Check the stabilizer type and fabric tension. For high-density embroidery, adding a non-slip liner between the frame and fabric can improve grip and prevent movement during operation.
Does installing this magnetic frame on my machine require special tools or calibration?
Installation is straightforward and quick. The MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for HappyJapan embroidery machines requires only a standard screwdriver to attach brackets. No special calibration is needed.
