For most projects, the stabilizer should be sandwiched together with the fabric between the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop rings. However, for bulky or hard-to-hoop materials like thick towels or sleeves, you can float the stabilizer under the bottom frame of your Rikson embroidery machine for flexibility.
