- How long does it take to receive my order?

What is the best way to clean spray adhesive residue off the frame?
To clean your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop safely, apply a small amount of citrus-based cleaner or rubbing alcohol on a soft cloth. Gently wipe away the sticky residue from the metal and magnetic surfaces. Avoid soaking the frame or using harsh solvents, as these could damage the hoop’s finish or weaken the magnets over time.
I mainly embroider t-shirt logos. Which frame size is the most appropriate for me?
For t-shirt or left-chest logo embroidery on WAF machines, a 4″ × 4″ (100 × 100 mm) or 5″ × 5″ (130 × 130 mm) MaggieFrame magnetic hoop offers the best balance of size and control. If you create full-front or back designs, consider a larger size such as 10″ × 10″ (255 × 255 mm) for sufficient embroidery field coverage and smooth fabric stabilization.
Does the size in the product title refer to the dimensions or the actual embroidery field?
The size shown—such as 9.5″ × 9.5″ (240 × 240 mm)—represents the inner embroidery field of the MaggieFrame hoop for WAF machines. This is the usable embroidery area. We recommend leaving a small margin of about 0.75 cm around the border to achieve optimal stitching results and to prevent hoop marks on delicate materials.
The magnets on this frame are very strong. What safety precautions should I take when handling it?
When using your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop, keep fingers away from the snap zone where the frames join. To release, slide the top frame sideways instead of pulling it straight up. Always handle both frames gently, especially near metallic objects or electronics, and avoid exposure if you use a pacemaker due to the hoop’s high magnetic strength.
