- How long does it take to receive my order?

FAQs
Why did my embroidery needle hit the edge of the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop?
This usually occurs if the hoop size selected in your MEXA embroidery machine’s software is larger than the MaggieFrame sewing area or the design is too big for the hoop. Always select the correct or smaller hoop size, and run a trace test before starting embroidery to prevent needle strikes and protect your machine.
Will the strong magnets of the MaggieFrame affect my embroidery machine’s electronics?
No. The magnetic embroidery frame is safe to use with your MEXA embroidery machine. The magnets are concentrated around the sewing field and will not interfere with computers or control boards during normal operation. Just avoid placing the hoop in direct contact with the electronics for extended periods.
My magnetic embroidery frame seems to shift slightly during stitching. What can I do?
Although rare thanks to MaggieFrame’s strong magnetic grip, frame movement may happen if the brackets are loose or stabilizer is unsuitable. Ensure all screws and brackets are tight before hooping. For very dense or slippery designs, add a thin non-slip layer or extra stabilizer under the fabric to enhance grip and stability.
How well does the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop hold delicate fabrics like silk or nylon?
MaggieFrame magnetic hoops maintain excellent tension even on smooth or delicate fabrics. The even magnetic pressure prevents fabric slippage better than many traditional hoops. When embroidering on silk, nylon, or other fine material with your MEXA embroidery machine, use an appropriate stabilizer to protect the fabric and ensure precise results.
