- How long does it take to receive my order?

Why is my fabric puckering in the center during embroidery, even though I hooped it tightly with the magnetic frame?
Puckering is usually caused by using the wrong stabilizer rather than by hoop tension. For knits or stretchy fabrics, a cut-away stabilizer supports the stitches best. Ensure the fabric is not stretched when placing it in the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for Leader Expert LE-900 or LE-1700. Balanced tension helps achieve smooth embroidery results.
I feel like the magnetic frame is shifting slightly on the machine during high-stitch-count designs. How can I fix this?
This issue is rare due to the strong magnets of the MaggieFrame embroidery frame. Check that the machine brackets are tightened securely. Make sure the correct stabilizer is used, and for dense designs on slippery materials, applying a thin non-slip liner between the frame and fabric can help maintain full stability during embroidery.
When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or floated outside of it?
For most embroidery projects, the stabilizer should be sandwiched together with the fabric inside the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for consistent results. However, for thick or hard-to-hoop items, floating the stabilizer under the bottom frame works well. Experiment to find the combination that provides even stitching and easy hoop alignment.
What precautions should I take if I use this strong magnetic frame in an environment where children are present?
