- How long does it take to receive my order?

If they feel loose, hand‑tighten first and then use the included screwdriver to snug the screws that attach the bracket to the magnetic frame—not directly to your embroidery machine. Are the top and bottom parts of the magnetic frame symmetrical, or do they have a specific orientation?
