- How long does it take to receive my order?

What is the correct procedure for hooping fabric with this magnetic frame?
To use the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery frame efficiently: 1) Place the bottom frame on your work surface. 2) Lay the stabilizer and fabric smoothly over it without stretching. 3) Position the top frame—do not force it—simply let the magnets snap into place. This no-force technique ensures even tension, preventing puckering and maintaining fabric alignment during embroidery.
Why is my fabric puckering in the center during embroidery, even though I hooped it tightly with the magnetic frame?
If puckering occurs, it’s usually related to stabilizer selection rather than hoop tension. Make sure you use the correct stabilizer type and weight for your fabric—for example, a cut-away stabilizer for knits or stretch materials. Avoid overstretching fabric when positioning it in the magnet hoop. Proper stabilizer support will help keep embroidery smooth on COS models like COS-W1501G and COS-W1501L.
