- How long does it take to receive my order?

Will such strong magnets interfere with the electronic components or computer of my embroidery machine?
No, the magnetic frames used in MaggieFrame hoops are completely safe for embroidery machines like ZHELI, Ricoma, and Barudan. The magnets are housed away from control circuitry and pose no risk to the computer or sensors. Simply avoid storing the hoop directly against the machine display or mainboard, and normal use remains 100% safe.
I feel like the magnetic frame is shifting slightly on the machine during high-stitch-count designs. How can I fix this?
This rare occurrence may happen with very dense or slippery fabrics. Ensure the machine brackets are properly tightened and your magnetic frame is fully seated. Using an appropriate stabilizer and adding a thin non-slip liner can further prevent shifting, keeping your ZHELI embroidery machine hoop stable through extended designs.
