- How long does it take to receive my order?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

Will the strong magnets affect my Barudan embroidery machine’s computer or electronics?
No. MaggieFrame magnetic hoops are 100% safe for your embroidery machine. During normal operation, the magnets work only to hold fabric layers firmly. Simply avoid storing the hoop directly against the machine’s computer panel. These magnetic frames will not interfere with Barudan BEKT or BEVT series machine electronics.
Are there times when a traditional screw hoop works better than a magnetic frame?
While MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery frames outperform most standard hoops in speed and ease, traditional hoops may be handy for extra-thick or rigid materials like heavy leather patches or boot tongues where extreme tension is required.
