- How long does it take to receive my order?

Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This usually happens when the hoop size in your Kingstar embroidery machine software is set larger than the actual sewing field, or if the design was digitized too big. Always select the correct or smaller hoop size, such as the 17″ × 15.5″ (430 × 390 mm) magnetic hoop embroidery frame, and perform a trace test before starting to ensure safe clearance.
I mainly embroider polo logos. How do I choose between different sizes?
For polo or chest logos, a 5-inch magnetic embroidery hoop is ideal for clean placement and tension. If you occasionally stitch larger text or multi-line designs, selecting a 7-inch hoop offers better flexibility. Both options maintain stability with MaggieFrame magnetic hoops for Kingstar models like KSQ1201 and KSQ1501.
When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or 'floated' outside of it?
Most embroiderers prefer sandwiching the stabilizer with the fabric inside the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop for reliable tension. However, floating the stabilizer beneath the hoop can be helpful for thick or hard-to-hoop items such as jackets. Both methods work effectively on Kingstar industrial embroidery machines depending on fabric type.
