- How long does it take to receive my order?

Will my DG BOHUI embroidery machine automatically recognize this hoop size?
Like most third-party magnetic hoops embroidery accessories, your DG BOHUI machine (such as BH1201-MT or BH1501-MT) does not automatically detect the MaggieFrame hoop size. You will need to manually define the 17″×15.5″ (430×390 mm) sewing field in your embroidery software and ensure the design fits within that area to avoid stitching errors.
What safety precautions should I take when handling the strong magnets?
The magnets on the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop are powerful. Keep fingers away from the snap zone when aligning frames, and slide the top frame sideways to separate. Avoid placing the magnetic frame near pacemakers or sensitive electronics. Always handle on a stable, flat surface to prevent sudden attraction between the frames that could pinch fingers.
How can I clean adhesive residue from the hoop surface?
To maintain a clean magnetic hoop embroidery frame, wipe away spray adhesive residue using a cloth dampened with a citrus-based cleaner or rubbing alcohol. Why does my fabric pucker while using the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop?

For DG BOHUI models like BH1206 or BH1506, use a stabilizer appropriate for your fabric type—such as a cut-away stabilizer for knits—and ensure the fabric is not stretched during hooping. Proper backing and balanced thread tension will enhance embroidery quality across the full 17″×15.5″ (430×390 mm) area.
