  • How long does it take to receive my order?

After your order has been successfully placed and your item shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. You can track your items on your order pages or on the carrier’s official website. Or you can contact us directly for delivery information.

  • How do I return items?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees  are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

Before you place the order, please CONFIRM the HOOP LENGTH we listed is the same as your current hoop or fit your embroidery machine.

MaggieFrame 자석 후프는 매끄럽게 마감된 표면으로 제작되어 대부분의 원단에 안전하게 사용할 수 있습니다. 일반적인 경우 추가 스티커가 필요하지 않지만, 실크나 고급 니트처럼 매우 미끄러운 원단을 사용할 때는 페인터 테이프 등 얇은 테이프를 가볍게 부착하면 자수틀의 접착력을 보완할 수 있습니다.

자수틀에 묻은 스프레이 접착제 잔여물은 어떻게 청소하나요?
