- How long does it take to receive my order?

This situation is uncommon because the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop is designed with powerful permanent magnets. Check that your Vortex brackets are fully secured and that screws are tightened. Use the proper stabilizer suitable for magnetic hoop embroidery. For slick or dense fabric, adding a thin non-slip liner helps maintain perfect grip throughout stitching.
My needle struck the frame edge. Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
Needle strikes generally occur when the selected hoop size in the machine’s software is larger than the actual sewing field, or when a design is digitized beyond size limits. Always select the correct or smaller hoop size in your Vortex control panel. Before embroidery, perform a trace test to confirm clearance around the MaggieFrame hoop to prevent future damage.
