- How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically process within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 5-20 business days. It depends on where you are. Usually the US region and Germany region shipping time is relatively fast.

We use major carriers like FedEx, UPS, and some fast-shipping local courier partners to ship your packages.
- How can I track my order?
After your order has been successfully placed and your item shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. You can track your items on your order pages or on the carrier’s official website. Or you can contact us directly for delivery information.
- Shipping Fee, Tax, and Duties
Shipping Fee will be calculated on the Checkout page for your country.
The tax and customs fees are not include in our product price.

- How do I return items?
MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.
Before you place the order, please CONFIRM the HOOP LENGTH we listed is the same as your current hoop or fit your embroidery machine.

これは多くの場合、磁石刺繍枠の張りではなく、芯地（スタビライザー）の種類や重さが原因です。MaggieFrame のような強力なマグネットフレームでも、生地に適した芯地を使わないとしわが出やすくなります。ニット素材にはカットアウェイタイプを使用し、生地を枠に張る際は過度に引っ張らないことが重要です。適切な芯地と正しい張り方で、より滑らかな刺繍仕上がりが得られます。
