- How long does it take to receive my order?

I mainly embroider t-shirt logos. Which frame size is the most appropriate for me?
For left-chest logos, our 3.9″ × 3.9″ (100 × 100 mm) embroidery magnetic hoop is an ideal and widely used size. It provides just the right sewing field for small logo or monogram embroidery on garments such as t-shirts and polos. For full-front or larger designs, consider one of our larger MaggieFrame magnetic hoops to give more working area for your ZOJE embroidery machine.
Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
Needle strikes usually happen when the selected hoop size in your ZOJE machine software is larger than the real working area of your magnetic hoop, or when your design is digitized beyond its physical boundary. Always match or choose a smaller hoop size in your machine settings and perform a trace test before starting embroidery to ensure that the needle path stays within your MaggieFrame embroidery hoop area.
