- How long does it take to receive my order?

I mainly embroider polo logos. How do I choose between different hoop sizes?
For polo logos, a 5-inch embroidery hoop is the most popular choice as it provides an ideal sewing field for compact designs. However, if your logo includes stacked text or slightly larger artwork, a 7-inch size offers more flexibility. Both hoop sizes maintain excellent fabric tension on TEWH embroidery machines using MaggieFrame magnetic hoops.
Could the strong magnets interfere with medical devices or sensitive electronics?
Yes, as with all strong magnetic hoops, MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoops should be kept away from individuals with implanted medical devices such as pacemakers and from sensitive electronic equipment. The powerful magnets may cause interference. Always maintain a safe operating distance and consult your physician if you have any concerns before use.
My needle hit the edge of the frame during stitching. Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This type of needle strike usually occurs when the hoop size selected in your TEWH embroidery machine software does not match the actual magnetic hoop’s sewing field. Another possible cause is that your design area was digitized too large. To prevent damage, always select the correct or smaller hoop size and run a trace test before embroidery starts.
Can MaggieFrame magnetic hoops and traditional hoops be used interchangeably on one machine?
Yes. On TEWH embroidery machines, you can use MaggieFrame magnetic hoops along with original traditional hoops as long as they have the same attachment length.
