- How long does it take to receive my order?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

Use a stabilizer that matches your fabric type—cut-away for knits or tear-away for wovens—and avoid stretching the material while hooping. Proper stabilizer weight helps ensure smooth embroidery results with MYSEW models like MHS1201 and MHS1501.
