- How long does it take to receive my order?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

How well does this magnetic frame grip slippery fabrics like silk or nylon?
The MaggieFrame embroidery magnetic hoop grips slippery materials like silk, nylon, or satin extremely well. Its strong magnetic force evenly distributes tension, preventing fabric distortion that can occur with traditional hoops. For delicate fabrics, use an appropriate stabilizer as usual to maintain smooth stitching and clean outlines when working on FUTONG embroidery machines.
I mainly embroider polo logos. How do I choose between different sizes?
For common polo logo projects, a 5″ magnetic hoop fits most left-chest placements comfortably. If your designs are slightly larger or include stacked text, the 7″ or 8.7″ MaggieFrame magnetic hoops provide extra flexibility. When using FUTONG models such as FT-CT1501 or CT1201S, these sizes ensure stable grip and quick frame changes while maintaining fabric accuracy.
What should I do if I notice the fabric slipping slightly during the embroidery process?
If slight slippage occurs while using your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop, first check if your stabilizer matches the fabric type and design density. Very thick or smooth fabrics may benefit from non-slip grip tape. Also ensure the hoop size isn’t too large relative to your embroidery area. FUTONG machines with proper alignment rarely experience fabric shift when frames are correctly set.
