- How long does it take to receive my order?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

I mainly embroider t-shirt logos. Which frame size is most appropriate for me?
For typical left-chest or t-shirt logo embroidery, the MaggieFrame 4″ × 4″ (100 × 100 mm) or 5″ × 5″ (130 × 130 mm) magnetic hoops are ideal. These compact frames provide precise tension and reduce fabric distortion. For full-front designs or larger surface areas, the 10″ × 10″ (255 × 255 mm) or bigger magnetic frames will give you more working space.
Can this magnetic hoop handle thick or hard-to-hoop items like jackets or bags?
Yes.
