- How long does it take to receive my order?

The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
If the bracket feels loose, hand-tighten the screws first. The included screwdriver allows you to gently secure the metal brackets to the hoop—not directly to the machine. Do not over-tighten, as this may stress the magnetic hoop frame. Regular light checks ensure optimal stability and safe operation on your FAMATEX embroidery machine for consistent stitching results.
If I hoop the fabric crooked by mistake, is it easy to reposition? Will it damage the fabric?
