- How long does it take to receive my order?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

I mainly embroider T-shirt logos. Which frame size should I choose?
For left-chest or small logo embroidery on T-shirts, the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop size of 3.9″ × 3.9″ (100 × 100 mm) is ideal. It provides tight stabilization and smooth results on Barudan models like BEKT-S1501CII or BEXY-S1504CII. For full-front patterns or larger designs, choosing 10″ × 10″ or bigger magnetic hoops ensures full coverage and balanced tension.
What’s the best way to clean spray adhesive residue off my magnetic hoop?
To remove adhesive build-up from your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop, gently wipe with a cloth dampened with citrus-based cleaner or rubbing alcohol. Avoid soaking or applying harsh solvents that can affect the magnetic surface. Regular light cleaning after each embroidery session keeps the metal brackets and magnetic grip in peak condition for your Barudan embroidery machine.
When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer go inside the frame or be floated?
For most projects using the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop, place the stabilizer inside, sandwiched with the fabric, to achieve uniform tension and prevent puckering on Barudan multi-head models such as BEDYHE or BEVY series. For thicker items like jackets, floating the stabilizer underneath can simplify hooping and still provide stable embroidery support.
Can I use this magnetic hoop together with my original Barudan hoops?
