- How long does it take to receive my order?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

You can consider your magnetic hoop for YESHI embroidery machines a reliable one-time investment that will serve consistently through years of heavy use.
Why is my fabric puckering in the center during embroidery, even though I hooped it tightly with the magnetic frame?
Puckering is most commonly related to the stabilizer choice rather than hooping pressure. To avoid this, use the proper stabilizer type and weight suitable for your fabric — for instance, a cut-away stabilizer for knits or stretch materials. Ensure that the fabric is not overly stretched when clamped into the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop, especially on dense YESHI machine designs.
When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or 'floated' outside of it?
For most embroidery projects, it’s best to sandwich the stabilizer with the fabric inside the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for YESHI machines to achieve even tension. However, when embroidering challenging items like cuffs or thick garments, you can 'float' the stabilizer beneath the bottom frame, which allows easier positioning without distortion or fabric marks.
What is included in the box with this magnetic hoop set?
Each MaggieFrame package includes one magnetic main hoop, a matching pair of metal brackets designed for YESHI compatible machines, and an accessory pack with screws and a screwdriver for assembly.
