- How long does it take to receive my order?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

However, for bulky or hard-to-hoop items, the floating method—placing the stabilizer under the bottom frame—also works effectively and prevents hoop marks.
