- How long does it take to receive my order?

Why is my fabric puckering in the center during embroidery, even though I hooped it tightly with the magnetic frame?

Using MaggieFrame magnet hoops, ensure you choose the correct stabilizer type and weight—for example, a cut-away stabilizer for knits. Do not overstretch the fabric when hooping; letting it rest naturally within the embroidery machine hoop will yield smoother results.
Will my Hengrong embroidery machine automatically recognize this frame’s size, or do I need to set it manually?
As with most third-party machine embroidery hoops, you’ll need to manually input the 12″ × 11.5″（305 × 295 mm） hoop size into your Hengrong machine’s software. Confirm that your design fits within the hoop’s actual embroidery field before stitching. This ensures accuracy and prevents hitting the hoop edges during operation.
