- How long does it take to receive my order?

The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
The brackets on your MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop should be hand-tightened first. If they still feel loose, use the provided screwdriver to snug the screws that attach the bracket to the frame rather than the embroidery machine. Ensure a firm fit but do not over-tighten, as excessive force may distort alignment or thread tension during embroidery.
I mainly embroider t-shirt logos. Which frame size is the most appropriate for me?
For left-chest or small t-shirt logos, the MaggieFrame 4″ × 4″ (100 × 100 mm) or 5″ × 5″ (130 × 130 mm) magnetic hoops are ideal. They offer accurate placement and strong hold on knit fabrics. For larger front designs or sweatshirt embroidery, opt for a size like 10″ × 10″ (255 × 255 mm) or bigger to ensure even tension and efficient coverage on REDLINE machines.
