What should I do if I notice the fabric slipping slightly during the embroidery process?
First, check if the stabilizer is strong enough for your design – a thin stabilizer might cause fabric movement. For thick or slippery materials, you can use a non-slip grip tape on the MaggieFrame embroidery hoop. Also, ensure the hoop size matches the Demase machine's selected field. Proper setup minimizes slipping and keeps embroidery frames stable.
If I have computers or USB drives near my embroidery station, could the strong magnets damage my electronic data?

Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This can occur if a hoop size larger than the actual 6.9″ × 6.9″ (175 × 175 mm) magnetic frame is selected in your Demase machine. It may also happen if a design exceeds the hooping area. Always choose the correct or smaller frame in the software and perform a trace test before embroidery to protect both needle and frame integrity.
