- How long does it take to receive my order?

I mainly embroider T-shirt logos. Which frame size is the most appropriate for me?
For left-chest or sleeve logos, the MaggieFrame 4″ × 4″ (100 × 100 mm) magnetic embroidery hoop offers perfect control and alignment. If your designs are full-front or larger prints, consider the 10″ × 10″ (255 × 255 mm) or bigger sizes. All sizes are compatible with ZSM QM and MT series machines, making magnetic hoop changes fast and efficient.
I feel like the magnetic frame is shifting slightly on the machine during high-stitch-count designs. How can I fix this?
This rarely occurs because of the strong magnetic hold of MaggieFrame hoops for ZSM embroidery machines. Check that the metal brackets are fully tightened to the hoop frame. Use the correct stabilizer for your fabric weight, and for slippery or satin surfaces, add a thin non-slip layer to improve grip stability during dense stitching.
Could the strong magnets in this embroidery frame affect nearby computers or USB drives?
It’s best to keep your MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop at least 20 inches (50 cm) away from sensitive electronic devices or magnetic storage media like credit cards, USB drives, and hard disks. The magnets are powerful enough for embroidery but should be handled with thoughtful placement to prevent accidental data interference.
