- How long does it take to receive my order?

Avoid brushing or touching the magnets directly with fingers to prevent injury. Regular cleaning helps maintain magnet strength and consistent tension during embroidery work.
When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or floated outside of it?
For most embroidery on Kingstar machines, sandwich the stabilizer with the fabric inside the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop. This ensures tight hold and accurate stitching. For thick or hard-to-hoop items like sweatshirts, you may float the stabilizer under the bottom frame to protect materials while maintaining strong fabric tension.
