Why is my fabric puckering in the center during embroidery, even though I hooped it tightly with the magnetic frame?

Ensure you use the correct type and weight of stabilizer—such as a cut-away stabilizer for knits—and make sure the fabric is not stretched during hooping. Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
A needle strike can occur if the hoop size in your machine’s software is set larger than the actual sewing field of your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop 130 × 130 mm. Another cause may be an oversized embroidery design. Always choose the correct or smaller hoop size for your ZHENGTAI embroidery machine and perform a trace test before starting to ensure safe needle clearance.
What should I do if I notice the fabric slipping slightly during the embroidery process?
If your fabric is slipping in the MaggieFrame embroidery frame, first check your stabilizer—it might be too light for the design density. For thick or slippery fabrics, consider adding non-slip tape on the frame.
