If shifting occurs, make sure the metal brackets are firmly tightened and that your stabilizer suits the fabric type. For heavy or slick fabrics, try adding a thin non‑slip liner between the hoop and fabric to increase stability during long embroidery runs.
What is the proper way to hoop fabric with the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery frame?
To hoop efficiently, first position the bottom magnetic frame on the machine table. Place your fabric and stabilizer smoothly over it, then gently snap the top frame into place—no pushing required. The magnets will lock automatically to maintain tension and eliminate uneven surfaces, making the process quicker and safer than traditional machine embroidery hooping.
What can I do if the fabric slips during the embroidery process?
If you notice fabric movement, check that the stabilizer weight matches your design’s density. Thick or slippery fabrics may need a grip tape along the rim of your CECLE magnetic embroidery hoop.
