- How long does it take to receive my order?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

Why is my fabric puckering in the center during embroidery, even though I hooped it tightly with the magnetic frame?
Puckering usually comes from stabilizer mismatch rather than improper hooping. When using the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop on FORTEVER models, make sure to choose the correct type and weight of stabilizer—such as cut-away for knits or tear-away for woven fabrics—and avoid stretching the fabric during placement.
If I have computers or USB drives near my embroidery station, could the strong magnets damage my electronic data?
Strong magnets in the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery frame can affect magnetic media like USB drives, credit cards, or external hard disks. It’s best to keep sensitive electronics at least 50 cm away from the hooping area to prevent data interference while using your FORTEVER embroidery machine setup.
