- How long does it take to receive my order?

What is the best way to clean spray adhesive residue off the frame?
For cleaning your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop, use a soft cloth lightly moistened with citrus-based cleaner or rubbing alcohol to remove adhesive residue. Avoid soaking the hoop or using strong solvents, as they may damage magnets or the surface finish. Regular gentle cleaning keeps your embroidery frame performing smoothly and looking like new.
Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This issue often occurs when a hoop size larger than the actual 12″ × 11.5″ (305 × 295 mm) magnetic hoop area is selected in your ZOYER embroidery machine, or the design itself exceeds the hoop field. Always choose the correct frame size in your machine settings and run a trace before stitching to confirm the needle path clears every side safely.
Is this magnetic hoop heavier than the standard hoop? Will the extra weight add strain to my machine's motor?
The MaggieFrame magnetic hoop is slightly heavier due to its powerful magnets, but it is precision-engineered within ZOYER machine tolerances. Your motor will not experience additional strain.
