- How long does it take to receive my order?

What should I do if the bracket between the hoop and the machine feels loose?
If the bracket of your magnetic embroidery frame feels loose, hand-tighten the screws connecting the bracket to the hoop, not the machine. For FUWEI models like FW-1501 or BC-1202, use the provided screwdriver to snug them gently—avoid over-tightening. A properly secured bracket maintains hoop stability and helps prevent misalignment during embroidery.
