FAQs
Can this frame withstand a high-intensity, 24/7 industrial embroidery environment?
Yes. The MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for ROSEW embroidery machines is built with durable, warp-resistant materials and permanent magnets. It is specifically engineered for industrial longevity even in 24/7 production use. The frame structure ensures consistent grip strength and alignment, which are crucial for maintaining precision during continuous machine embroidery operations.
Does purchasing this frame include all the brackets and hardware needed to connect to my machine?
Yes. Each MaggieFrame magnetic hoop set includes the correct brackets matched to your ROSEW machine model, along with screws and a screwdriver. It comes ready to install, ensuring a quick setup process so you can begin your embroidery projects efficiently without additional accessories or complex assembly.
When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or floated outside of it?
For most embroidery designs, the best practice is to sandwich the stabilizer with the fabric between the top and bottom rings of the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop. This method gives better tension and reduces fabric shifting during high-speed stitching. However, floating the stabilizer beneath the bottom frame is a good option for thick or textured materials like towels or sweatshirts.
Is it necessary to use protective stickers on the frame to prevent it from scratching the fabric?
No. The MaggieFrame embroidery magnetic hoop features a smooth, coated finish that is safe for all typical fabrics used on ROSEW machines. While not required, some users apply a thin tape for extra grip on slippery or delicate materials like satin or silk, depending on individual project needs and fabric texture.
