- How long does it take to receive my order?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

Does this frame allow me to embroider items that are difficult to hoop with traditional frames, like zippered bags or heavy jackets?

Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This commonly occurs if the selected hoop size in your KQM machine software is larger than the MaggieFrame 3.9″ × 12.8″ sewing field or when the design itself exceeds safe margins. Always select the correct or smaller hoop size in your embroidery machine software and perform a trace test before stitching to verify your design fits properly within the magnetic hoop field.
Will strong magnets interfere with the electronic components or computer of my embroidery machine?
No. Under normal conditions, MaggieFrame magnetic hoops are 100% safe for use with KQM embroidery machines. Simply avoid placing the frame directly on top of control panels or computer areas when not in use. During embroidery, the magnets affect only fabric tension and will not interfere with the machine's electronic components or performance.
