FAQs
Will my embroidery machine automatically recognize this magnetic hoop’s size, or do I need to set it manually?
Most SHARE embroidery machines, including models such as SRCXJ‑1201 and SRCXJ‑1, do not automatically detect third-party embroidery machine hoops. You’ll need to enter the MaggieFrame 6.5″ × 6.5″ (165 × 165 mm) hoop size manually in your software and confirm that your design fits within the effective sewing field to prevent sewing errors and ensure precise alignment.
My needle hit the edge of the frame during stitching. Why did this happen, and how can I avoid it?
This usually happens when the embroidery machine hoop size selected in your machine software is larger than the actual MaggieFrame 6.5″ × 6.5″ (165 × 165 mm) sewing field, or when your design exceeds the hoop's limits. Always choose the accurate hoop size for your SHARE machine and perform a trace test before stitching to avoid needle strikes or frame contact.
What type of magnets does the MaggieFrame embroidery hoop use, and how strong are they?
The MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery frame uses high‑grade N52 neodymium magnets, known for their exceptional and permanent magnetic strength. This ensures tight, even pressure across the entire hooping area, preventing fabric movement and maintaining stability during fast-speed stitching on industrial embroidery machine models like SHARE SRCXJ‑1202.
The magnetic frame seems to shift slightly on dense designs—how can I keep it stable?
Although MaggieFrame hoops have powerful magnets, minor movement can occur on extremely dense stitch designs or slick fabrics. Verify your SHARE machine’s brackets are properly tightened and use the correct stabilizer. For maximum grip, you can add a thin non‑slip liner between fabric and backing. These steps help maintain full contact and consistent embroidery quality throughout production.
