- How long does it take to receive my order?

Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This issue usually happens when the hoop size selected in your Ricoma machine software is larger than the actual stitching field, or if the design was digitized beyond the safe embroidery area.
