- How long does it take to receive my order?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

I mainly embroider t-shirt logos. Which frame size should I choose?
For left‑chest logos, we recommend our 4″ × 4″ (100 × 100 mm) embroidery magnetic hoop as the industry standard. For full‑front designs or sweatshirts, consider a size around 10″ × 10″ (255 × 255 mm) or larger. The 8.5″ × 9″ (215 × 230 mm) MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for YESHI offers a versatile mid‑range option for balanced coverage and stability.
Can I embroider a design larger than the magnetic hoop using re‑hooping?
Yes. With the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for YESHI embroidery machines, you can easily slide the fabric and re‑snap the frame to extend your stitch field. This efficient re‑hooping technique allows you to complete continuous patterns such as banners, sashes, or table runners faster and more accurately than with traditional clamp or screw hoops.
Should I place the stabilizer inside or outside the magnetic hoop?
For most fabric types, the best practice is to sandwich the stabilizer with the material inside the embroidery magnetic hoop for maximum tension and support. However, for bulky or hard‑to‑hoop garments such as jackets or towels, you can float the stabilizer beneath the bottom frame. This flexibility makes MaggieFrame magnetic frames ideal for various project styles.
How can I properly tighten the bracket on my YESHI magnetic frame?
Ensure the metal brackets that connect your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop to your YESHI embroidery machine are hand‑tightened first. If they still feel loose, use a screwdriver to gently secure the screws that join the bracket to the hoop body—not directly to the machine. Avoid over‑tightening, as firm but moderate pressure ensures alignment and smooth operation.
