- How long does it take to receive my order?

What is the best way to clean spray adhesive residue off the frame?
To clean spray adhesive from your MaggieFrame embroidery hoop magnetic frame, apply a small amount of citrus-based cleaner or rubbing alcohol onto a soft cloth. Gently wipe the affected areas, avoiding soaking the frame or exposing magnets to liquid for long periods. Never use harsh solvents, as they can weaken the magnetic hoop’s protective coating and reduce its durability.
Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
This usually happens when your machine’s software is set to a larger hoop area than the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop’s actual sewing field. It can also occur if the embroidery design exceeds the hoop limits. Always choose the correct hoop size for your RAVELLI machine and perform a trace test before embroidery. This ensures smooth operation and helps protect both needle and magnet hoops from damage.
How can I confirm if this frame's brackets will fit my machine's arm spacing?
