- How long does it take to receive my order?

Will strong magnets affect my Brother embroidery machine electronics?

Simply avoid storing the hoop directly next to the machine’s control board or computer module, and you can use it safely during regular operation.
The bracket connecting the frame to my machine feels a bit loose. How can I fix it?
The brackets on your MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop should be hand-tightened securely. If they appear loose, use a screwdriver to snug the screws that attach the bracket to the frame, not to the Brother PR machine head. Do not over-tighten, as the goal is a firm but flexible fit that allows smooth hoop changes without stress to machine parts.
Why does my fabric pucker in the center even though it is hooped tightly?
Puckering during embroidery usually results from using the wrong stabilizer or stretching the fabric too much. For best results with MaggieFrame hoops on Brother PR1000E or PR600 machines, match the stabilizer weight to your material—such as cut-away for knits or tear-away for woven fabrics. Keep the fabric flat but not overly taut before engaging the magnets.
Does this magnetic hoop include all required brackets and hardware?
