- How long does it take to receive my order?

MaggieFrame is glad to accept returns on all customers within 14 days of receipt. The return freight and custom fees are not refundable. And MaggieFrame cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our returns policy.

Most Anysew embroidery machines do not automatically detect third-party frames such as the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop 6″ × 8″ (150 × 200 mm). Help! My needle hit the edge of the frame (a needle strike). Why did this happen and how can I prevent it?
