- How long does it take to receive my order?

What should I do if I notice the fabric slipping slightly during the embroidery process?
If the fabric starts to slip while using the MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for SGGEMSY machines, check whether the stabilizer is strong enough for your design. Thick or slick materials may need non-slip grip tape for better hold, and a hoop that’s too large can cause loose tension. With proper setup, slippage is rare and easily corrected.
I mainly embroider t-shirt logos. Which frame size is the most appropriate for me?
For left-chest t-shirt logos, the 4″ × 4″ (100 × 100 mm) MaggieFrame magnetic hoop is ideal. If you work on larger or full-front designs, consider the 10″ × 10″ (255 × 255 mm) or bigger size. These embroidery magnetic hoops provide excellent viewing area and fabric tension, ensuring consistent stitches on SGGEMSY or similar embroidery machines.
Why is my fabric puckering in the center during embroidery, even though I hooped it tightly?
Puckering is usually related to stabilizer choice rather than magnetic hoop tension. Use a stabilizer matched to your fabric—cut-away types are best for knits, while tear-away works for wovens. Avoid stretching the material during hooping. With the proper stabilizer and hoop alignment, your SGGEMSY machine will produce smooth, flat embroidery results.
If I lose a bracket or a magnet breaks, can I purchase replacement parts individually?
Yes, you can order individual parts such as brackets, screws, or magnet assemblies to maintain your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop’s performance.
