- How long does it take to receive my order?

We recommend starting with the size you use most frequently, such as the 6.9″ × 6.9″ (175 × 175 mm) MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for SANTEKS embroidery machines. Once you experience the faster setup and clean results, you may find a full range of machine embroidery hoops useful. Many users later expand to multiple sizes for maximum flexibility and shop efficiency.
Are there any situations where a traditional screw hoop is better than the magnetic frame?
While embroidery magnetic hoops cover 95% of regular projects, traditional screw hoops can be useful for very thick or rigid materials requiring extreme tension. For most fabrics—like cotton, fleece, and polos—the MaggieFrame magnetic frame provides smoother results and reduces hoop marks, making it ideal for SANTEKS and other industrial embroidery machines.
How well does this magnetic frame grip slippery fabrics like silk or nylon?
The magnetic frame holds delicate or slippery fabrics such as silk or nylon very securely. It applies even pressure across the fabric surface, minimizing distortion and movement. Using a stabilizer under the material is still recommended for best results. The MaggieFrame magnetic hoop ensures crisp outlines and stable stitching on all compatible SANTEKS embroidery machines.
Will my embroidery machine automatically recognize this hoop size?
